At MOOD Egypt, we want you to feel confident in your beauty routine; therefore, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process for all unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been unsealed or used cannot be accepted for return.

  Once approved, we will schedule a courier to collect the items from your doorstep within 3-5 business days.

  After receiving and verifying the returned items, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or issued as store credit.
